Local honey from Quarry Lodge, Bradfield. Adam's bees produce honey from March-September. The honey has nothing added, which means it will naturally set in the jar. The bees forage on local wild flowers within 3 miles of the hive. Some research suggests that eating honey made from your local pollen can help to build your immunity to hay fever. It is also a natural sweetener, and has antiseptic properties. Most of all, it tastes GREAT!
